Ignite Presentation Guidelines

Ignite presentations will be limited to 10 minutes. Topics including (but not limited to) project/program proposals, lessons learned, case studies, and innovative ideas are encouraged.

Presenters are responsible for getting to their session early enough to have their file loaded onto the provided computer. Please bring your presentation in PowerPoint format to the moderator of your session prior to its start. Laptops at the conference will have USB ports for the purpose of transferring your presentation file (do not bring your presentation on a CD/DVD). All presentations will be given on the laptop computer provided in the session. Please notify us PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE to address any special presentation needs.

Other supplies needed to conduct the session must be provided by the presenter. Presenters should use MS PowerPoint that is PC compatible. Other presentation file types such as video, DVD, mp3, or mp4, should be cleared with us in advance. Example: Submit an abstract for a collection of thematically-linked oral presentations, roundtables, panel, or combination of formats. Include a description of the proposed session and identify any speakers or facilitators, along with questions you'd like to address.
